Only case workers and ancillary staff are based at our head office, by outsourcing your case to home-based juniors and solicitors we avoid costs – these savings are passed onto you. Some costs, such as those to outside specialists/court fees are charged to you at cost, rest assured we always get your formal permission before incurring your balance with such costs.
