We treat everyone associated with us with respect and dignity, we always try and be fair and to help those who need it most. We divert around 20% of our profits to charities / good causes and have created a pro-bono arm that provides free advice to those attending DWP medical appeals and so on. By being remotely based we try and limit paper usage, not travelling to offices saves vehicle emissions. When letters are created they are sent using completely recycled paper. Our electricity also comes from 100% green sources. We are registered as “Disability Confident” and seek to exceed any minimum requirements concerning the employment of disabled / minority staff.
